80 mph winds rip through Utah

A dramatic summer storm sweeps across Northern Utah. Tooele took the first wave of severe thunderstorms. Urban flooding caused problems along State Street in Salt Lake. Several neighborhoods in East Millcreek then got a first hand look at 50 mile per hour winds, which knocked down trees and power lines, leaving a mess behind.
Forecasters reported winds up to 80 miles per hour in some areas.
The storm ripped through the west part of Provo and traveled east up to Y mountain, and there is an obvious path of destruction from winds that may have been up to 80 miles per hour and rain. The people who saw it can tell it best.
